Belgium joins the list of European markets with active FSD (Supervised), according to the FSD v14.3.4 release notes (update 2026.14.6.10) reported by The Tech Outlook and Musk's June 11 announcement.
Countries with FSD according to Tesla
The official list of active regions includes the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, China, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and in Europe:
- Netherlands (original RDW type approval, April 2026)
- Lithuania
- Estonia
- Denmark (confirmed June 9)
- Belgium (new in v14.3.4)

In parallel, update 2026.2.3.16 brings 3D Supercharger maps to Europe, with confirmed sites in Brugge and Heusden-Zolder (Belgium), showing charger layout and a 3D model of the vehicle charging.
Full European homologation
Each country follows the path of national recognition of the Dutch type approval — not automatic approval across the entire EU. The European Commission technical committee (TCMV) vote has no set date; analysts place the first realistic vote in fall or December 2026. If the Commission rejects the system, the provisional Dutch approval expires after six months.
